Stained Glass for a new generation.
I'm a stained glass artist from Dublin and I set up WildBird Studio in 2016 with a plan to rejuvenate and grow the glass scene in Ireland. The ultimate goal is to create a Stained Glass Renaissance in Ireland and make this traditional craft popular for generations to come.
I mainly like to work with clear glass, I enjoy being able to see through to the solder lines at the back. It often creates very interesting visuals and is in keeping with current treands. It is also very practical as clear objects will suit almost every decor making my work accessible to everyone.
My customers are the best!
"I had an amazing make and do session with Ali at one of her terrarium workshops, not only was it great crack but also I learned so much AND got to bring home an actual terrarium I made myself (with a ton of hope from our teacher). It's a great way to spend an afternoon, can't recommend it enough. Now am working out what else I can make with WildBird"
"I recently attended Allison's panel stain glass workshop and I would recommend it 100%. Alison was so welcoming to our small group and with her expert guidence we all produced fantastic panels which we were all very proud of. I plan to do another workshop with her soon"

"I have a lot of Alison's designs , from her jewellery ranges to her homewares, and commissioned pieces too. I just love her style of products and she's always someone I go to for gifts too. Her customer service is excellent , she's great to deal with , and I'm looking forward to peaking into her world when I do a glass panel course with her this month"
