Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via An Post, standard post or through GLS couriers. Please contact us if you require express or tracked shipping.

Please be aware our order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Most orders take a couple of days to arrive but please be aware of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This is done via the weight of your entire order. This can vary from what the carrier charges when being shipped. This variance can be due to differences in weighing scales calibration, price changes from the carrier or at the discretion of the An Post staff as to how to categorise your order between a letter, packet or parcel. This variance can go up or down. 

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within X to X business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Local pickup

Our local pickup hours are 10 - 4 Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. If you require pick up at different times this can usually be accommodated, please contact us to organise a different pick up time.

UK and Brexit

We are still shipping to the UK. Please be aware your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WildBird Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

The postage costs are likely to fluctuate as the UK and Europe navigate importing and exporting difficulties. Shipping times will also likely be much longer than we are used to pre Brexit. 

International Shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you requested express or registered post you will also receive the tracking number.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@wildbirdstudio.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
